Opening Your Account
For almost 50 years, JJ&K Distributors has been importing, wholesaling and distributing world-class German foods and specialty products to our customers nationwide. JJ&K is a business-to-business wholesale provider and we do not sell to the general public.
In order to become our customer, all you need to do is submit your purchase order along with a completed and signed Credit Card Authorization form, to orders@jjkfoods.com . Your purchase order must contain item numbers, required expiration dates, case counts and business/shipping information.
Orders are subject to stock available when your order is placed.
Placing Your Order
We do not post our pricing on-line.
Please go to the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page and provide us with your business information you will receive and email and have access to our password protected pages.
Order Processing & Cancellation
Cancellations of special order products and Easter/Christmas orders will not be accepted. 48 hours advance notice is requested for the cancellation of all orders. Orders typically take 4 to 5 business days to process, so please keep this in mind and allow us adequate time to process your order.
Doing business with JJ&K Distributors is flexible and easy.
- JJ&K has no order minimums.
- All orders must be paid for prior to being released to shipping. Your credit card will be kept on file to use for all of your orders by submitting our CreditCardAuthorizationForm.
- We do not post our pricing on-line. Due to frequent import market fluctuations, we are not printing price lists. We can provide you with pricing via an order confirmation or quotation and we can adjust your order to add or remove anything that you do not wish to purchase.
- Sorry, we do not provide product weights, dimensions, UPCs/EANs.
Shipping/Order Pick-up:

- JJ&K Distributors is a small. family-owned business and we do not offer free shipping.
- We do not ship to residential or mailbox company addresses.
- We work with a reliable network of freight carriers and we will aggressively shop your freight for you. so that it is provided to you by a quality insured freight carrier, at a very competitive price.
- You can make arrangements to use your own freight carrier or pick up your order Monday-Thursday 7AM-4PM, and Friday 7AM-12PM. A pick up appointment including day and time are required in advance by calling us at 201.939.4234 or via email at info@jjkfoods.com.
Damages and Returns
Unfortunately, sometimes things get damaged in shipping. Please read below for information regarding damages and damage claim requirements.
- All damages or shortages must be reported to our business office within 48 hours of receipt. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be credited.
- Damages to shipments must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
- Damaged merchandise should be retained along with the packing materials and shipping cartons for possible inspection by carrier. Please provide digital images of damages.
- Perishable or heat sensitive items, shipped via FedEx ground and are not guaranteed. If you select this shipping method, you are doing so at your own risk. Required packing material, coolers, ice packs and boxes provide by JJ&K will be charged to you accordingly.
