For nearly 50 years, we’ve had the pleasure of importing, wholesaling, and distributing exceptional German foods and specialty products to our valued customers across the country. At JJ&K Distributors, we’re a dedicated business-to-business wholesale partner—and we don’t sell directly to the general public.

 

Placing Your Order

We do not publish pricing online, so please request a quote.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Cancellations of special order products and Easter/Christmas orders will not be accepted.  48 hours advance notice is requested for the cancellation of all orders. Orders typically take 4 to 5 business days to process, so please keep this in mind and allow us adequate time to process your order.

Doing business with JJ&K Distributors is flexible and easy.

• JJ&K has no order minimums.
• We require payment for all orders before they are released to shipping.  We will keep either a credit card or ACH on file for all of your orders. 
• We do not post our pricing on-line.  Due to frequent import market fluctuations, we are not printing price lists. We can provide you with pricing via an order confirmation or quotation and we can adjust your order to add or remove anything that you do not wish to purchase.
• Sorry, we do not provide product weights, dimensions, UPCs/EANs.

Shipping/Order Pick-up: 

 Please read below for shipping and order pick up options

• As a small, family-owned business, JJ&K Distributors does not offer free shipping.
• We do not ship to residential or mailbox company addresses.
• We work with a reliable network of freight carriers and we will aggressively shop your freight for you. so that it is provided to you by a quality insured freight carrier, at a very competitive price.
• You can make arrangements to use your own freight carrier or pick up your order Monday-Thursday 7AM-4PM, and Friday 7AM-12PM.  

Damages and Returns

Shipping occasionally damages items.  Please read below for information regarding damages and damage claim requirements.

• Report any damages or shortages to our business office within 48 hours of receipt. Claims reported after 48 hours do not qualify for a credit.
• Please record damages to shipments on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.
• We require you to retain damaged merchandise with its packing materials and shipping cartons for inspection by the carrier. Please provide digital images of damages.
• FedEx Ground does not guarantee perishable or heat-sensitive items.  Perishable or heat sensitive items, shipped via FedEx ground and are not guaranteed.  If you select this shipping method, you are doing so at your own risk.  JJ&K will provide the required packing materials, coolers, ice packs, and boxes and charge you accordingly.
